The project aims to describe the history of the typewriter, its operation and especially the different typefaces that changed through the history and still survive today, with the digital fonts.
The index shows the three chapters the book is split in: the typewriter historic background, how it is made and the description of the typefaces
The titles of the paragraphs were written with a real typewriter, digitalized and put in place in the layout.
The main colors used in the book are black and red, the two colors available in a modern typewriter
